Our 2025 Mansfield Lantern Festival vendor list was jam packed with delicious options. There is definitely something for everyone – ranging from a sausage in bread to delicious burgers, baos and more!
Note – whilst you can BYO food, the festival area is within a red-line licence area. No BYO alcohol is permitted.

We specialise in bringing the delightful taste of Greece and Cyprus to the streets through our food trailer business. Our main offering is the iconic Greek dessert known as loukoumades – delectable doughnuts with a crispy exterior and a soft, fluffy interior. We offer 12 delicious flavours and also have the option for customers to build their own flavour.
